Embellished Tank

Here's a tank top I added ruffles and buttons to. I used the same procedure as before, cutting up a matching Tee shirt for the ruffle strips, gathering them, sewing them on and this time adding matching buttons. I think summer will come eventually so I'll be able to use it, although it would look great under a cardigan or jacket too.
