Spring Bazaar

The attendance at the Spring Bazaar

was not very good so I didn't sell

as much as I had hoped.

However I thought my booth set up

 turned out really fun

and that's important too:)

I will be having a blog sale shortly

with my remaining items.

I've been sewing away at the 

childrens clothes

for the upcoming bazaar

on April 27th.

Here is a sneak peak...

Spicy and Sweet

I know my grand daughter will soon be too

big (and picky)! to wear this type of an 

outfit so I wanted to make a few more 

before that happens. 

The collar on this was actually off a jr. size

shirt from a g-sale, but it fit 

perfectly into the neck line-Yay!

Collars can be a real pain.

I am so excited to have gotten a space

at Rusty Glamour on Main St

of my home town!

I managed to fill the whole space chock 

full with the things I still

had left from our sale, so it was 

a super easy event. 

My spot is in the back right 

just before the corner.

Just Hangin' Out

What a glorious sunny day!

I spent a few hours outside stuffing 

pillows, cutting out patterns etc.

and it was bliss:)

It was also a good day to get 

some photos of a few more outfits for 

the SALE.

Polka-dots & Posies is

 in the process of putting together

2 new lines of children's clothing.

These will be for sale in late April.

The first one is

Summer Memories has a slightly vintage vibe 

and bright colors.

Artisan Fair 2010

 The Artisan Fair has come and gone!

Thank you to all who purchased so generously

from my booth and made this year

A HUGE SUCCESS!

Now to enjoy the rest of this Season of Christs' birth

with peace and rest!

"Winter Picnic" from Polka-dots and Posies

It's a small line called "Winter Picnic"

and the colors are spectacular!

Sewing Little Bits at a Time

"Bits and Pieces" line for the

Artisan Fair.

I called it that because I tried to use up

lots of the bits and pieces from my fabric bin:)

So there is a variety of fabrics and sizes.
